Before launching Light Rock, I spent years in high-pressure retail environments, managing multimillion-pound stores and leading teams of over 50 staff and contractors. That experience taught me the essence of great service how to meet high expectations, manage logistics, and most importantly, look after people.

But over time, I saw the limitations that corporate structures can place on growth especially when decisions aren't based on ability but on fitting a certain mold. I realized I wanted something more: a business where merit leads and service remains at the heart.

So, I took a leap.
